Roller chain sprockets
Roller chain sprockets are due to their mass production easily available and cost effective parts of the chain drives.
The materials used for the manufacturing of the sprockets may vary according to the type of power transmission and the number of teeth on the sprocket but usually it is hardened 12050 (C45). Big sprocket wheels are usually made of cast iron (GG22).
We offer wide range of chain wheels - bore sprockets (with hub), plate wheels (without hub), taper bore sprockets (for Taper Lock), idler sprockets, double simplex sprockets and special standards (hardened finish bore sprocket).
